My journey into graphic design began at the age of 8 when my cousin, a professional graphic designer, opened my eyes to the limitless possibilities of the Adobe suite. Little did I know that this introduction would spark a lifelong passion and eventually lead me to my dream career. As the years flew by, I spent every spare moment designing, honing my skills, and immersing myself in this enchanting world.
Becoming A Designer
Over the next decade, I dedicated myself to mastering the art of graphic design. Starting with the basics of Photoshop, I quickly moved on to conquer Illustrator and InDesign. As my skills grew, so did my thirst for real-world experience. I began taking on projects for friends, family, and clients, pushing myself to constantly improve and evolve as a designer. After graduating high school, I decided
to take my talents to the next level and attend Kansas City Art Institute. While studying at KCAI, I landed the opportunity to work as a packaging designer for HEXBUG & VEX Robotics. This experience not only honed my design skills but also opened the door to my current role as a UX/UI Designer for GameStop. Now, every day, I'm able to combine my childhood love for art with my passion for design to create engaging and exciting experiences for millions of users
around the world.
